Cancellation and Refund policy

Refunds:

No refund is available for online courses. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and as such, we offer refunds for eligible purchases made on our platform. However, please note that course registration fees are non-refundable, as they are considered registration fees. Refunds are only applicable for purchases made in our shop for products other than course registrations. For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 7 business days after we receive the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you’ve used Discount Vouchers, Gift Cards, or Coupons, please note that they are intended for one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel the order. Loyalty points redeemed for an order will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.

 Gift and Promotional Codes

“CAAF INDIA or our partners may offer gift and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your CAAF INDIA account, which then may be used to purchase eligible content on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific content. Gift and promotional credits can’t be used for purchases in our mobile or TV applications. These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value linked to them, may expire if not used within the period specified in your CAAF INDIA account. Gift and promotional codes offered by CAAF INDIA may not be refunded for cash, unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your codes or as required by applicable law. Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies. If you have multiple saved credit amounts, CAAF INDIA may determine which of your credits to apply to your purchase.”

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We strive for quality, but if our product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or refund. Our ‘Easy Return Policy’ allows you to raise a return/exchange request within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted.Please email our Customer Support team at info@caafindia.org within 5 business days of receiving the order, providing your order ID details and the reason for return/replace/refund along with images of the product and the invoice.

We’ll arrange for product pickup within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only if the products are returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Returns are accepted for products received in a damaged/defective state or if an incorrect product has been delivered. The returned products must be unused and sealed. Returns will not be accepted for used or altered products. If a return is accepted, we’ll refund or replace the invoiced amount for the damaged/defective/wrong product, excluding additional customs/shipping charges paid by the customer. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability, and if unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund. Free gifts included with the order must also be returned along with the original product.

Returns will not be accepted under certain conditions, such as misuse/overuse of the product, damaged packaging, tampered serial numbers, or if the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery. Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
