About This Course
The “Back to School” program is a 60-hour skill and capacity-building initiative designed specifically for B.Ed. and M.Ed. graduates, final-year students, and both pre-service and in-service educators in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (Vetri Nichayam). In response to the post-COVID educational shift and the dynamic learning needs of Gen Z students, this program goes beyond academic theory to empower educators as confident mentors, facilitators, and leaders in modern classrooms. It focuses on developing core 21st-century competencies essential for school readiness and educational impact. Key modules include Communication Skills, Educational Technology, Innovative Assessment Techniques, Administrative and Organizational Competence, Contemporary Pedagogical Approaches, Theatre and Expressive Arts in Education, and Child Development with Basic Screening Skills. Through hands-on learning and expert-led sessions, participants will emerge more prepared, adaptive, and professionally equipped to meet the evolving demands of today’s education system.

Requirements
- Enrollment is strictly limited to individuals who hold a B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree, or are in the final year of either program. Proof of qualification (degree certificate or current semester ID) will be required at registration.
