Counselling and Guidance for Educators
About This Course
This practical and reflective 25-hour program is specially designed for educators, school leaders, and academic coordinators to equip them with the foundational skills of counselling and student guidance. As emotional and behavioral challenges continue to rise among students, teachers are increasingly becoming the first line of support. This course enables them to respond with confidence, empathy, and clarity.
Participants will be introduced to the core principles of counselling, student mentoring techniques, and school-based guidance strategies that can be integrated into daily classroom interactions.
